I had to do a project on a 70's group at school, i AUTOMATICALLY choosed Queen. They are AMAZING, and so much more original then many other groups.

You guys are listining to the right music, Queen kicks ass, My favorite song is Bohemian Rhapsody. It kick ass, it was like Rock and Opera, I liked the opera part. "I see a little silhouetto of a man, Scaramouche, Scaramouche, will you do the Fandango- THUNDERBOLT AND LIGHTNING VERY VERY FRIGHTNING ME- Galileo, Galileo, Galileo Figaro, Magnifico- I'm just a poor boy nobody Loves me- HE'S JUST A POOR BOY, FROM A POOR FAMILY, SPARE HIM HIS LIFE FROM THIS MONSTOSITY. Easy Come, Easy Go, will you let me Go. BISMILLAH! No-WE WILL NOT LET HIM GO - LET ME GO-WILL NOT YOU-WLET ME GO-NEVER NEVER NEVER LET ME GO, NO NO NO NO NO NO NO, Oh Mama mia mama mia, Mamamia let me go! Beelzebub has the devil put aside for me, for me, FOR MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" AAH, yeah.......Thank you, athank U'very much.

Queen didnt rock out because they were so much better with melody and opera bombast, thats what made them UNIQUE.

    Posted by Kirro:
i agree krooven, they covered so much ground that people tend to think queen and think their hits. but queen were much much more, theyve obviously influenced heaps of bands. great band, with a unique sound.

    Posted by Krooven:
Queen was my favorite band while my peers were focused on Boston, Aerosmith and the Stones. Those were all good bands, to varying degrees, but I preferred Queen to all of them. I sometimes think Queen thought too hard, and did not just rock out. They were each great musicians, but what people remember too often is the overproduced bombast. But I love them.

    Posted by JuQuEl:
Queen are the best damn band ever!!! They rock my world! :)

    Posted by CityDogg:
Started listening to Queen in 1975, still listen often. As a musician I strive to wright as well as they did. Pure MAGIC and forever the greatest rock band.

    Posted by JFrederik:
    Probably the best group ever!!!

    Posted by Sandra:
THEY ROCK! But-OH,MY GOD!-they were influenced by THE WHO?! This is the first time I ever hear about it-never in a million years would I have guessed it!!! Anyway, they are by far the most proffessional band I've ever heard. The influences from classical music are genius!!!I think the best albums they had were right in the beginning of their way- "Queen 2" and "A Night At The Opera".Never again were they as good as they were on those albums. The biggest mistake they ever made was losing the "No Synthecisers" logo-it was the beginning of the end. P.S. All your rockers out there-ROCK ON!!!

    Posted by H.O.:
At the age of 12, I heard Bohemian Rhapsody for the first time. I immediately fell in love with Freddie Mercury's vocals, Brian May's rich guitar playing, and the swinging backbeat of John Deacen and Roger Taylor. Their mix of biting Hard Rock, mystical Progressive Rock, and campy British pop formed a sound that no other band has ever duplicated. Among the band's best albums are A Night at the Opera, Sheer Heart Attack, and The Game. Arguably one of the best hard rock bands to come from Europe, Queen is a classic and shall never be forgotten.

    Posted by SPAD:
One of the best Rock bands to ever come out of Britain. Amazingly eclectic , talented and creative artists

    Posted by Laura Tarren:
I was unlucky to miss Queen when they were a whole group. At the age of 16 I am the biggest Queen fan I know and they are excellent. They create the most powerful and awe inspiring songs that come strat from their hearts and penetrate deep into mine!!
