My favourite music group and easily one of the world's best. I'm only 22, but their songs are classics and can and will continue to appeal to all age groups. The orchestral music and the sweet sound of Justin Hayward's amazing voice, combine beautifully to create masterpieces. Truly inspirational band and they're even still touring - what joy! I actually live in Birmingham in England, where the band formed and I hope to see them (for the first time) next October, when I believe they are touring the UK. The Moody Blues' will live on forever. Thanks guys, Jennifer

I HAVE ALL OF THE MOODY BLUES CDS AND HAVE ATTENDED SEVERAL OF THEIR CONCERTS. I JUST BOUGHT THE DVD RE: THE MOODY BLUES AT ROYAL ALBERT HALL--EXCELLENT. THE MOODY BLUES HAVE BEEN, AND REMAIN THE BEST BAND WITH SUBSTANTIVE, IMAGINATIVE LYRICS AND BEAUTIFUL HARMONIES/MELODIES. I HOPE TO SEE THEM IN CONCERT AGAIN SOON. SIGN ME BOB, #1 FAN FROM CALIFORNIA.

This is one of the greatest bands on earth. Despite the loss of keyboarder Mike Pinder in 1978, they have continued to release excellent, sense-making albums in a world choked with bubblegum pop. Their four best songs are clearly:
Ride My See-Saw
The Actor
Hope And Pray
(And of course)
Nights In White Satin, even if it is seven minutes long.
