From las vegas? yea met the guys briefly in Boise,Id. when they opened for kiss. The vocals were excellent. clean, crisp, and sharp! Although I never met Dana that day,the guys were all very friendly and cool. Although I still prefer the Vinnie Vincient invasion version of slaughter. Too bad he (or she?)is such a flake.ALTHOUGH AN EXCELLENT WRITER/EXQUISITE GUITAR PLAYER. It's unfortunate.

NO MATTER WHAT MARK,JEFF,DANA, OR BLAS, ARE DOING IN THERE LIVES NOW SLAUGHTER SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED AS PHENOMENAL MUSICIANS.I HAVE SEEN TEM MANY TIMES .THEY ALWAYS PUT ON A KILLER SHOW.THEY ARE ONE OF THE MOST FAN FREINDLY BANDS I KNOW .SIGNED "A SLAUGHTER FAN 4 EVER

Slaughter is the greatest group of musicians in the world put together to form One. One, one band as heavy as a boulder. One, one drummer as brilliant as the beat of seven drums. One, one vocalist as amazing as the legendary vocalists. One, one guitarist as extreme as jumping of a canyon. One, one bassist as fantastic as the heat in the exact center of the Earth. Yes, it's Slaughter, the One. The one Death Metal band that has enough extravagance to turn a stage into a heaven of music that is as close to perfect as anyone can possibly dream of. So, I hope you have been convinced enough by this passage to go out and buy one of Slaughter's work of perfection, even though each of Their works are obviously priceless.

    Erik (March 10, 2001)
I was about seventeen when I found Slaughter. I was cleaning the bottom drawer of our T.V. cabinet, and I found a tape that said Slaughter "Stick It To Ya". I popped it into the tape player and was blown away. The music kicked ass and Mark's voice is something I haven't heard before, he just wailed those notes out. since then I've collected all of Slaughter's CD's. It was quite a struggle to find "Fear no Evil". Every album is awesome and I can listen to them from the first song to the last, on evey album. Songs like It'll be Alright, and Yesterday's gone, have gotten me through some financial struggles. Songs like Outta my head,Wild Life, and Trailer Park Boogie makes you just want to go wild. I seen Slaughter live at a club and was able to get their autographs. Jeff Blando is an excellent guitar player and I happy that Slaughter got him as their new guitarist. I listen to Slaughter every day and I'm now twenty one and haven't stopped listening yet. Music like Slaughter's is the type you just don't grow out of. Bon Jovi came and went with me, their music is a little to poppy for me sometimes. Some of my friends say that Slaughter is to Eighties for them. I tell them Slaughter's first album came out in 1990, a year before Metallica's black album. A band who can stay alive through the 90's teen pop crap and pop rock, proves they have talent. Slaughter's music can be just as hard and loud as Metallica's new material. Keep on rocking Slaughter and thank's for the music that makes me enjoy life. See you on Tour in Illinois soon.

SLAUGHTER SHOW:VILLAGE PUB,LONG ISLAND,NEW YORK SEPT 8,2000! ITS BEEN ALMOST TEN YEARS SINCE IVE SEEN SLAUGHTER LIVE WITH KISS AND WINGER AT NASSAU COLLISEUM,A FEW YEARS AFTER THAT I THOUGHT THE BAND HAD SPIT UP,UNTIL THE SUMMER OF 2000! WHEN I SAW THEM AT JONES BEACH WITH POISON,CINDERLL,DOKKEN. TO MY SUPRISE I THOUGHT SHOW ROCKED,ESPECIALLY SLAUGHTER,THOUGH IN MY OPINION THERE SET WAS TOO SHORT. AFTER THAT SHOW I WAS SLAUGHTER FAN ALL OVER AGAIN. SO WHEN I SAW THEY WERE PLAYING AT THE VILLAGE PUB ON LONG ISLAND I COULDNT WAIT TO SEE THEM AGAIN. AND WHAT A SHOW IT WAS!!FIRST OFF I MET JEFF COLEN THERE TOUR/PROMOTIONS MANAGER, HES WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND ASKED SOME OF US STILL WAITING OUTSIDE TO GET IN, IF WE WOULD BE INTERSTED IN SELLING THE TOUR SHRITS FOR THE BAND. I IMMEADIATLY SAID SURE!! AND IT WAS PRETTY FUN,AND HE PROMISED THAT I WOULD BE UP FRONT AND MEET THE BAND AFTER THE SHOW!! NEEDLES TO SAY I WAS UPFRONT ,DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF MARK SLAUGHTER AND JEFF BLANDO!! THEY STARTED THERE SET WITH TAKE ME AWAY OFF OF BACK TO REALITY,IT WAS A GREAT OPENER, BUT ONCE THEY STARTED DOING THE OLD SLAUGHTER TUNES,YOU SAW THE OLD FIRE AGAIN!!MARK WAS AWSOME,FULL OF ENERGY,AND HIS VOICE SOUNDED GREAT. AT ONE POINT HE HOPPED OF THE STAGE INTO THE AUDIENCE AND JUST STARTED PULLING PEOPLE INTO THE MIC TO SING ALONG WITH HIM!! BY THIS TIME THE PLACE WAS PACKED AND ROCKIN WITH THAT OLD ROCK AND VIBE IN THE AIR!!THEN THERE WAS DANA, TALK ABOUT ENERGY!! ,HE SOUNDED AWSOME AND LOOKED AWSOME !! IVE NEVER SEEN A MUSICIAN SO INTO WHAT HE WAS PLAYING THERE WAS SUCH A VIBE COMING OUT OF HIM,HE EVEN STOPPED PLAYING TO TAKE A FEW PICTURES FOR A FAN THAT WAS STANDING IN THE FRONT ROW!! WHAT COOL GUY!! JEFF BLANDO!! ALSO GAVE A ROCKIN PERFORMANCE ,EVEN TURNED THE MIC OUT IN FRONT OF MY FRIENDS AND I TO SING ALONG!! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST YOU CANT FORGET BLAS ELIAS!! NOW THERES A GREAT DRUMMER!! HIS HARD HITTING BEATS,AND INTENSE DRUMMING ,GIVES EACH AND EVERY SONG THAT TIGHT HARD ROCKIN GROOVE!! THUMBS UP TO BLAS!! BUT THE HIGHLIGHT HAD TO BE WHEN THEY COVERED THE KISS SONG ROCK AND ROLL ALL NIGHT,THATS WHEN MARK GRABBED ME A PULLED ME ON TO THE STAGE TO SING ALONG!! AFTER THAT THE PLACE WENT WILD,MORE AND MORE PEOPLE PULLED ONTO THE STAGE BY MARK AND MYSELF!! WHAT AND EXPERINCE THAT WAS,IT WAS LIKE I WAS DREAMING ME FRIENDS AND SLAUGHER ROCKIN TOGETHER!! ALL THIS ACTION ADDED UP TO A THREE HOUR PERFORMANCE!!! THEY FINSISHED UP WITH SOME COVER SONGS SUCH AS LIVE WIRE,WAR PIGS,AND SOME LED ZEPPLIN TUNES!! EACH ONE OF THOSE WERE DONE VERY WELL!! WELL JUST AS I THOUGHT THE NIGHT WAS OVER IT WAS JUST BEGINNING FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS,AS I WAS PERSONALLY ESCORTED TO THE TOUR BUS BY JEFF COLEN,WHERE THE BAND WAS HANGING OUTSIDE WITH A BUNCH OF THIER FANS!! I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO MEET ALMOST EVERYONE,EXCEPT FOR BLAS,WHO ESCAPED ONTO THE BUS BEFORE I CAN MEET HIM!! OH WELL YOU CANT COMPALIN ,IT WAS A GREAT NIGHT,IT PROVES THAT ROCKIN ROLL IS STILL ALIVE,AND THERE ARE STILL BANDS OUT THERE LIKE SLAUGHTER WHO STILL WANT TO KEEP IT ALIVE AND GOING FOR AS LONG AS THEY CAN!! THUMBS UP TO SLAUGHTER WHO TREATED EACH AND EVERY FAN THAT NIGHT LIKE FRIEND,AND MADE EVERYONE FEEL WELCOME!!IT PROVES THAT ALL THERE HARD WORK AND DEDICATION MADE THERE CARRER A HUGE SUCCESS!! I HOPE THEY STILL WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE AWSOME MUSIC AND PLAY GREAT SHOWS AROUND THE COUNTRY!! ALL YOU GUYS ROCK!! THANKS FOR A NIGHT TO REMEMBER!!!
