Phil Collins never got over the fact that his wife left him. As a solo artist, Phil Collins is about as inspirational as a bottle of Jack Daniels. Genesis was great with him - at their best. Both Genesis and Phil's solo work suffer tremendously on there own.

Phil Collins is one of the greatest of all times. His last several albums were written during some times that were very depressing for him and that comes through in the music. I think though his Dance Into The Light album is showing some sonshining in his life again. Thats good. No reason any one should stay depressed all the time. Any way, Phil stil rocks!
