GRIP INC's first album entitled The Power of Inner
Strength hit the world stage in 1995 to both critical
and commercial success. With such stand-out songs
as "Hostage to Heaven" and "Ostracized" GRIP INC
has established themselves as a band to be taken
seriously.
Featuring Dave Lombardo, Waldemar Sorychta and
Gus Chambers, GRIP INC is back with their follow up
album entitled Nemesis. Featuring such extraordinary
tracks as "Rusty Nail", the pounding intensity of
"Scream at the Sky" (soon to be the first video), and
nine more crushing masterpieces. Nemesis is not a
revisitation to former territory but a clear step beyond.
The band is in a state of continual evolution, and the
expansive nature of the new album was actually born
in the process of recording the debut and touring with
it. The outcome is an album which combines the
guttural power of the debut with a more developed
sense of melody.
