multimedia. The Iconoclast Entertainment Group (IEG), iconoFAN.com and
it's affiliated sites provide these links as a service to our visitors.
Most sites linked here were submitted by fans, and have not been verified
or certified to have legal authority to distribute media files and or electronic
copies of copyrighted material. We disclaim all legal, criminal, and
civil responsibility for any activities, legal or illegal, resulting from
the use of this directory,and/or the linked sites, including but not limited
to the distribution, use, downloading, copying, altering of media files
found on the linked sites. We do not host or directly hyperlink to MP3
or other copyrighted material on our servers without permission. We make
no guarantee that the sites linked here have proper authorization to make
these files available to the public. By using our directories and/or MP3
resources you agree to hold the sites on the iconoFAN network, Iconoclast
Entertainment Group - their employees, agents, affiliates, officers, and
their sponsors free from any and all claims resulting from use of the links

Choice
of Law. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of California applicable to contracts made and performed
therein, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
Severability.
In case any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable,
such provision shall be construed so as to render it enforceable and effective
to the maximum extent possible in order to effectuate the intention of
this Agreement; and if such provision shall be wholly invalid, illegal,
or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining
provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Removal.
Out of respect to Artists, Record labels and copyright laws, The Iconoclast
Entertainment group will remove links at the request of an Artist, record
label and/or official representative if such parties specify the exact
link to be removed and certify that the media files contained on the linked
sites are in violation of copyright laws and/or contain material not approved
by such parties for distribution on the web site(s) in question. Sites
that contain links to media files on third party servers, such as other
link directories, electronic storage sites like idrive.com may or may not
be considered under this provision under the sole discretion of IEG. The
Iconoclast Entertainment Group will make every reasonable effort to review
and take action on such request in a timely manor. IEG may at its own discretion
acknowledge via electronic mail and/or fax, telephone or postal mail that
actions on removal request have been taken. IEG will only take action on
request that are verified to come from Artist, record label and/or official
