Posted by The new album is great.:
The new album is really good. Its over 2 cd's with 28 songs of which all but a few are good or great and some are even quite amazing. I am a lover of great music and even thou the Chili Peppers lyrics can be a bit confusing at times they are one of the greatest bands of all time and the legions of fans know this to be true. This album is better than By the Way. Much better than By The Way. The content is much more although I warn you you will have to listen to it on more than one occasion to fully appreciate it. And read the lyrics of the songs because by simply listening to the song you might not understand what is being said and this album is about meaning. Its basically the Chili Peppers career on the one disk. I'm not sure how many more albums the Chili Peppers will produce but this is a mark of a truly great band who have brought many many many hours of listening pleasure to the millions of fans around the world. This band will enter the Rock and Roll hall of fame, mark my word. Buy the album and support this band.

the besst band i ever i love them and i cant go a day without hearing there sweet ass sound! they are amazing i love them...aks book fantastic its the first book iv ever read in four days! THEY KICK**S! thanks for reading!

I don't believe I am finally posting a comment on a fan page. I am 32 an dhave been a devoted rhcp fan since their underground days. I just completed AK's book and must mention that it is by far the most honest, heartfelt book written by any celebrity I have read. I have reald many bios and auto bios from various artist, celebrities ets. however, when I stepped into chapter one I felt I had entered a parallel universe with Mr. AK. I literlly laughed and cried outloud. He did not make one excuse for any of the events which transpired in his life. I have never felt such integrity, love, sadness, sorrow-- a tremendous pouring out of any emotion. J have always respected the rhcp. But now I have a more powerful respect and admiration for Anthony himself. I had the pleasure of being backstage at a denver show many years ago. For some reason I was so sheepishly awe strucked I coudn't approach him. I don't understand why-- I have never had a problem with that (approaching famous) but there was something so magical about his aura and being. I felt like I was stuck in quicksand. I regret that today. If I ever get the pleasure of being near this man again I will be sure to say hello and give him props on not only his music, his book, but also his being-- his existance. This world is lucky to have this intelligent , talented and beautiful (inside and out) man in it. I know if his story is read and really listened too then people will truly understand what he is all about. Hie expeiences created the magnatic man he is today

i think that proportional representation is probably the bestv direction for the British governamental system at this point in time, why be ruled by a party that over 50% of the people didn'e want??

Posted by underthebridge:
The peppers are probably one of the greatest bands of my time. Quite amazing fellas. Keep up the fantastic work.

Red hot chili peppers are truly the greatest band ever. their music is incredible, and hasn't faltered after 20 years. they continue to produce fantastic albums with such beautiful songs year after year, and they mean the world to me. kiedis, flea, chad and john, YOU GUYS KICK ASS!!!

Posted by Danielle Serapallo:
The one thing that has definatly stayed between the Red Hot Chili Peppers for the past 20 years is the love. On their new album "By The Way" the emotions come straight out of their music and it makes their work even more respctable. They keep on getting stronger and stronger in each of their albums.

Saw chili's live on Sunday! If you werent there you missed out, they blew the roof off, nothing cood ever compare to 10 00 people belting out californication! too good, class. x

at the best when they where high

Posted by SOAD KICKS ASS BEYOND ALL DAMN COMPARISON! AHH!:
You guys are right that the Chili Peppers are good, but they are not even a challenge for the awesome, raw power of SOAD. Sure, the Chili Peppers have a few good songs on two albums, SOAD has pimp ass songs for every song they've every written. Anyways, not trying to rain on your little, tiny, microscopic party, but i'm just saying there is a hell of a lot better music. DIE RAP!!

I've been a fan since 88 and there is a reason that they have been that damn good for this damn long. After living the rock-n-roll life (drugs, death, alcohol, homo rumors, and making mad cash) they have always have been true to their fans. They could of sold out like Metallica or went mtv pop, but they kept on putting their minds and hearts in to what they love to do. Listen to any of their tunes and hear the quality of their product. PEPPERS RULE!!! DIE RAPROCK!!!

I think that the chili peppers are easily the best band of the 90's. They are the origional funk rockers. They have never released a bad album or written a crap song.
