Tito Ortiz claims his ex-porn star girlfriend is addicted to Oxycontin, and he blames Jenna Jameson's drug use for his arrest Monday on suspicion of domestic violence. AP reports that Ortiz was arrested in Huntington Beach at the home he shares with Jameson and their twin sons. more

DMX says he's been ripped off for years by a company hired to collect his song royalties, but he's been behind bars so much that he only recently realized the problem. more

New Zealand is tightening security for a visit by Canadian pop star Justin Bieber after a live performance by the teen singer in Sydney had to be canceled when a 5,000-strong crowd of young girls ran out of control. more

Miley Cyrus Sets June Album Release, First Song To Premiere Online This Friday
Miley Cyrus is releasing her Can't Be Tamed CD June 22 worldwide on Hollywood Records. MySpace Music will host the global premier of the new single, "Can't Be Tamed," on Friday, April 30 at 12pm EST/9am PST.

"Can't Be Tamed" will arrive at radio May 3, and will be available as a digital single for sale on iTunes May 18. The new album will be available as a standalone CD, as well as a combo CD/DVD concert release.

The DVD contains a full length, never-before-seen presentation from Miley's sold-out worldwide "Miley World" tour. The concert will also be excerpted in a prime-time network special, to be announced shortly. - more on this story

Christina Aguilera Announces Video Premiere
Christina Aguilera will be premiering her video for "Not Myself Tonight" on VEVO on Friday, April 30th at 12:01am. "Not Myself Tonight" is the first single of Aguilera's Bionic (RCA Records), which will be released on June 8th, 2010.

The Hype Williams directed sizzler was shot over a three day time period earlier this month and features a strong and sexy Aguilera. All week long exclusive images and content from the shoot will be made available at www.christinaguilera.com.

Additionally, "Access Hollywood" was exclusive on the set of the video and pieces are scheduled to air Thursday, April 29th and Friday, April 30th in conjunction with the premiere. - more on this story

Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse Dark Night Of The Soul Coming in July
Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse's Dark Night Of The Soul will be released on July 12 in the UK through Parlophone/EMI and on July 13 in the US via EMI's Capitol Records.

Dark Night Of The Soul is an album by audio auteur Danger Mouse and the already much-missed Sparklehorse. The record sees the pair joined by the following remarkable roll call of guests: The Flaming Lips, Gruff Rhys, Jason Lytle, Julian Casablancas, Black Francis, Iggy Pop, David Lynch, James Mercer, Nina Persson, Suzanne Vega and Vic Chesnutt.

Rumors of this mysterious collaborative project began to circulate in early 2009 sparking widespread anticipation and excitement. However, while Dark Night Of The Soul successfully manifested itself as both a limited edition art book with enclosed blank CDR and an audio-visual gallery installation, its music was never officially made available. Fox's Next Great American Band Sons of Sylvia to Celebrate Album Release With American Idol Appearance
Sons of Sylvia released their debut album Revelation today on 19 Recordings/Interscope Records and to kick things off the genre-defying trio will perform their first single, "Love Left To Lose," on Fox's American Idol Wednesday night, April 28th!

"Love Left To Lose," co-written by Ashley and the band's cousin, hit maker Ryan Tedder, just arrived at radio and the group took time out to shoot a video with famed director Wayne Isham (Muse, Keith Urban). Kinky Friedman To Invade The West Coast
Kinky Friedman will perform on the West Coast this summer for the first time in nearly 20 years. Dates for the "Go West Young Kinky Tour of 2010" start on July 26th in Vancouver and continue into August (a full list of venues follows).

Two members of Kinky's seminal band the Texas Jewboys, Little Jewford and Washington Ratso, will join him on the tour. No prisoners will be taken. Only the strong shall survive.

School Of Seven Bells Announce New Album and Release Shows
School Of Seven Bells announces the July 13th release of their new album Disconnect from Desire, on Vagrant/Ghostly International and Full Time Hobby in Europe.

In support of the release, the three-piece will play two shows at Mercury Lounge in their hometown of New York City, on June 9th and 10th.

The album, produced by band member Benjamin Curtis and mixed by Jack Joseph Puig, was recorded in the band's home studio and mixed in Los Angeles at Ocean Way Recording.
