Michael Jackson 'This Is It' Crew Sues Promoter Over Dr. Murray
(TMZ) Michael Jackson's personal assistant has filed a class action lawsuit against AEG, claiming he and the rest of the employees connected with the "This Is It" tour lost lots of money because the company negligently hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray.

Michael Amir Williams claims in his lawsuit, obtained by TMZ ... AEG agreed to pay MJ's staff up to $7.5 million for their services connected with the tour ... a tour that didn't take place because Dr. Conrad Murray pumped the singer with a fatal dose of Propofol.

Williams alleges AEG messed up by failing to act responsibly by hiring Murray and then failing to properly manage or supervise him.

Williams is asking for unspecified damages. more on this story

Shannen Doherty Calls Police After Fan Threatens Suicide
(TMZ) Shannen Doherty went above and beyond the call of duty to help a possibly suicidal fan Sunday night ... working with police from across the country to make sure the fan didn't harm herself ... TMZ has learned.

The Westampton Township Police Department in New Jersey confirms ... Doherty -- who lives in L.A. -- contacted officers late Sunday night and told police she had been receiving several disturbing tweets from a fan who threatened to kill herself unless she got a phone call from the actress.

Sources close to Shannen tell TMZ ... the actress had reason to believe the fan was in possession of a gun.

According to the WTPD, Shannen was able to get the fan to reveal her address ... and cops were immediately dispatched to the woman's home.

Once police arrived, the officers met with family members who said the person of interest was a 27-year-old woman who was at home in her room.

Cops spoke with the woman ... who insisted she did not wish to harm herself. Cops also say they found nothing that would lead them to believe she was a danger to herself.

The woman was offered medical attention -- which she declined -- and cops left the scene after determining she was safe in the care of her family.

Shannen later posted a message on Twitter, "Thank you to the Westampton police department for being diligent and so reassuring." more on this story

Justin Bieber Does Surprise Justin Timberlake Cover
(CBS Local) Justin Bieber has been vocal over the years in his dislike of being compared to Justin Timberlake. In fact, earlier this year he hung up on a radio DJ when the DJ compared his voice to Justin Timberlake's.

"I'm not trying to sound like anyone. Saying I sound like someone else is not really a compliment. If you were to say, 'I definitely heard some Justin Timberlake-esque things in your sound' I would take that as a compliment, but saying that you thought it was Justin Timberlake…" he said.

So, then it comes as a complete surprise when the Biebs decided to cover Timberlake's "Cry Me A River" over the weekend. Check it out here.

Swedish House Mafia To Play Their Final Show at Ultra Music Festival
Swedish House Mafia will be making the final performance of their career at next year's Ultra Music Festival.

MSO sent over word that the trio will wrap their final One Last Tour at both weekends of the 15th annual Ultra Music Festival, set for March 15, 16 and 17 and March 22, 23 and 24, 2013 at Bayfront Park in Miami, FL.

They will bookend the festival with sets on the opening and closing nights on Friday, March 15 and Sunday, March 24, respectively. This marks a significant milestone in their incredible career together as Ultra Music Festival was where Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso made their Swedish House Mafia North American debut in March 2010.

''Ultra was the first place we really built a show for a main stage," says Swedish House Mafia. "We filmed the whole thing and we played 'ONE' for the first time on that stage. It was a moment we would never forget and became the closing scene in our film, 'Take One.' The energy of the crowd was unbelievable and the fact that it's part of Miami Music Week where so much new music is born made it even more special. It just felt right that we finished where so much was started and we're honored to open and close the festival.'' More info about the festival here.

Beady Eye Begin Work On New Album
(Gibson) Beady Eye have officially started work on their next album. A statement from the band reads: "Beady Eye have returned to the studio to start on the follow up to their Different Gear, Still Speeding debut album released last year. Liam, Gem, Andy and Chris started sessions today with producer Dave Sitek... Release date is yet to be confirmed but the as yet untitled album will come out in 2013."

Producer Dave Sitek, from the band TV On The Radio, has previously worked with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Jane's Addiction, to mention just a few. Since the split of Oasis the Gallagher brothers have been busy with their respective bands, Liam with Beady Eye and Noel with Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.

Recently former Oasis bassist Andy Bell spoke to Drowned In Sound about his thoughts on a possible Oasis reunion sometime in the future: "I'd love it to happen. I think that life's too short for it not to happen. But, in reality, do I see it happening? At this point, no I don't. The matter rests entirely with the two brothers. It probably should happen at some point but if they can't make it happen, no one should force them to." more on this story

Carnival Workers Confirm Paul Nassif's Story About Son Falling Off Ride
(TMZ) Paul Nassif wasn't lying when he claimed his 6-year-old son sustained hand injuries by falling off a carnival ride ... this according to carnival workers who filed an injury report that completely backs Paul's story.

The question ... was Adrienne Maloof lying when she told Children Services Paul abused the kid?

TMZ obtained the report, filed by two carnival workers moments after Christian injured himself on November 11.

According to the report, the carnival workers ... Christian "jumped off steps of ride exiting, fell on his hands." And that's how he was injured.

The report adds, "[Christian] wiped his hands off and didn't seem very concerned."

According to the report, the injuries to Christian's hands were nothing but a "slight scrape."

The account flies in the face of the story Adrienne told to the L.A. Dept. of Children and Family Services -- that the child was injured when Paul kicked him.

Adrienne was concerned Christian suffered broken fingers -- but the report says he was so unfazed, "he continued to ride other rides."

DCFS is currently investigating. more on this story

Amanda Bynes Former Co-Star Comments On Driving Trouble
(TMZ) Amanda Bynes is too rich to get DUIs ... because someone with her kinda paycheck can afford a chauffeur -- at least according to Amanda's former co-star from "What I Like About You."

Wesley Jonathan -- who played Amanda's BFF on the show -- was out in L.A. yesterday when we asked if he had anything to say to his old TV buddy, and he replied, "The only thing I would say to her is 'You got enough money. Get a chauffeur to take you everywhere.'"

And just like Jennie Garth -- who was also on the show -- Jonathan says he's tried to reach out Amanda to see how she's doing ... and all he's gotten was radio silence.

But despite her silence, Jonathan's got nothing but love for Amanda, saying, "Everybody makes mistakes. We're all human." more on this story

Mother Told Judge Ariel Winter Attacked and Threatened Her
(TMZ) Ariel Winter's mom told the guardianship judge when she confronted her daughter about her relationship with an 18-year-old boy, Ariel attacked her and threatened to make her pay ... this according to court transcripts obtained by TMZ.

Before the court heard Chrystal Workman's side, the judge heard exactly what we reported this morning ... that Ariel's mom, Chrystal was "a terror on the set of 'Modern Family' and that the producer and others there have expressed grave concern ..." this according to the lawyer for Ariel's sister.

The transcript chronicles the court hearing last month, at which the judge removed Ariel from the care of her mother and created a temporary guardianship.

According to the lawyer for Shanelle Workman, "The child [Ariel] is, apparently, struck repeatedly, slapped, hit, pushed, not so as to leave marks. Mother is smart enough not to do that."

But Chrystal fired back, "She is an actress so I'm sure she can cry at the drop of a hat." In other words, Chrystal was warning the judge that her daughter was making up her story.

The lawyer for Shanelle also claimed Chrystal "sexualizes the child," and showed the judge a pic of Ariel "dressed up to show off her breasts and otherwise."

The lawyer also mentions what we said this morning ... that people on the set of "Modern Family" were "having to sneak this child food because the mother deprives the child of food."

Shanelle, who was in court, told the judge her mom physically abused her 20 years ago. But Chrystal said the allegation was false, and what really went down was that Shanelle ran off with a gang member wannabe and they found her at a crack house -- i.e., she has no credibility. more on this story

Usher Lists Ex-Wife's Mansion For Sale
(TMZ) Usher is finally making good on his threats to evict ex-wife Tameka Raymond from the house she still calls home ... officially listing his Georgia mansion for a cool $3.2 million.

Usher bought the 12,544 square-foot pad in 2007 -- while still married to Tameka -- for $3 million. He officially listed the digs last week.

TMZ broke the story ... Usher's ex has continued to live in the house as part of their 2009 divorce agreement -- but in September, Usher made it clear he was planning to sell ... and Tameka would be kicked to the curb.

As for the house, it's pretty huge ... 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, 10-foot ceilings, massive pool, in-home gym, 4 fireplaces, a library, and a NASA launch pad. Kidding ... NASA doesn't have funding for this place.

Sources close to Tameka tell TMZ ... she is completely unfazed -- adding, she runs her own small business and doesn't need any handouts. more on this story
