Warrant For Arrest of Michael Jackson's Doctor
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Michael Jackson's friend and doctor Arnold Klein, according to TMZ.

They report that the dermatologist to the stars has plummeted from grace after Jackson's death. TMZ broke a number of stories, revealing that the Doc injected MJ with Demerol scores of times in the months leading to his death. He also used multiple aliases for MJ in prescribing meds.

Klein -- who has now filed for bankruptcy -- failed to turn over more than 100 pieces of wildly expensive artwork as well as a 2001 Ferrari Spider to the bankruptcy trustee.

The judge has now ordered the U.S. Marshals to arrest Klein and send him to the federal custody until he turns over the goods.

He had a strong reaction to the warrant, read about it here.

Mumford & Sons Back On Top
(Gibson) It's no surprise that scoring a Grammy usually results in a big spike in record sales. As predicted, alternative folk-rock act Mumford & Sons have the Grammys to thank for boosting their latest album, Babel, back to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Babel took home Album of the Year honors at the Grammys, and since then, the album has hit #1 on the chart, pushing 185,000 copies, Nielsen SoundScan reports. Of course, the album was #1 for three consecutive weeks last year, so being on top isn't exactly a new phenomenon for Mumford & Sons.

Other acts that saw an increase in sales after either picking up a Grammy or performing at the ceremony included the Lumineers (moving from #10 to 6 on the chart) and fun. ( moving from #14 to 7). more on this story

Beyonce's Father Proud of Her Lip-Syncing
(Radio.com) In Beyonce's Life Is A Dream documentary she touched on her relationship with her rap star husband, her daughter and her one-time manager who happens to be her father. While the husband has remained quiet on the doc, and the daughter is too young to speak, the singer's father, Mathew Knowles, offered some insight into his daughter's new motherly role.

"I'm proud to see her as a mother," Mathew Knowle's told HLN. "I know this was something very important to her. To see her just hold [her daughter] Blue Ivy, that is something very special. I have a picture that nobody else would ever get to see of her holding Blue Ivy and you can see the joy in her face."

While Mr. Knowles was tight with other details about his relationship with Beyoncι and his granddaughter, he did offer a few words on the lip-sync controversy that dogged his daughter when she sang to a backing track at the Presidential inauguration.

"When I see her perform I am so proud, it reminds me of when she was a kid and I know all of her dreams come true," he said. "I can tell the special thing when Beyoncι is really happy, there is a certain way she dances a certain smile she has. I saw that. It brought tears to my eyes. It's a dad thing." more on this story

Singled Out: Caught A Ghost
Today Caught A Ghost mastermind Jesse Nolan tells us about their new song and video "Somehow," which comes from their brand new EP "Nightworks". Here is the story:

I was super depressed on my birthday when I wrote 'somehow.' Since I was 12 or 13 I've had an acute sense of my own mortality and the trajectory of my life around the time of my birthday. The reality is I'm a pretty cheerful person, but I get this hilariously profound adolescent sadness that 'settles in,' just about every February, which makes me feel that all my efforts are totally pointless and fills me with despair. I was feeling this way before heading out with a group of friends to celebrate and I picked up a guitar and Somehow just spilled out, in about 20 minutes, in it's complete form.

The video was fun to make, we just shot it off the cuff while I was visiting Tessa in Toronto, and then shot some more in Hudson, New York, where her family lives. We had the idea to use projections of the footage as a way to simulate memory. The song deals with the illusory and transitory nature of life so we wanted the video to reflect that.

Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and check out the new video here and learn more about the group right here!

Brit Awards Admit They Wronged Adele
(Radio.com) Adele's home country is apologizing for the way they treated her at last year's Brit Awards.

The singer took home Best Album at the 2011 awards show for her album, 21, but her acceptance speech was cut short to keep the show from running over its allotted time. Adele was none too happy about the slight and even flashed the middle finger to the cameras.

Now the show's chairman, David Joseph, is speaking out, hoping to make amends for their error.

"How can you take an artist who has made the biggest cultural impact musically this country has seen globally for some time and cut her off in the middle of her speech?" he told The Guardian. "I very much to this day question what was happening in that control booth." more on this story

Frank Ocean's Next Album Well Underway
(Radio.com) Frank Ocean is not home simply polishing his newly acquired Grammy awards. He's already deep into his next album and working through his tour plans.

Ocean's debut album Channel Orange showed the singer/songwriter's ability to color outside the lines. While fans wonder if his next set will be more of the same, Ocean is already answering that question in the studio.

"I'm 10, 11 songs into this next thing," Ocean told BBC Radio 1. "It's another cohesive thing, bordering on a concept record again."

His new album, he explained, will be a continuation of Orange. "At the end of Channel Orange, there's 'Golden Girl' and it's this beach scene, and I kinda wanted to extend that feel into the next record all together, kinda make it that theme," he said. "I'm going to Bora Bora when I get back [to the U.S.]. I put a studio in my house. I'm gonna take it all to the beach and work for a few weeks." What about collaborations?

Jerrod Niemann Shares Garth Brooks and Blake Shelton Writing Experience
(Radio.com) Before Jerrod Niemann broke out as a solo artist he was writing for some of the biggest singers in country music.

In an interview with Radio.com, Niemann explained how he came to pen tracks for Garth Brooks and Blake Shelton.

"Really every situation is unique," he said. "In the particular case of Mr. Garth Brooks, I had just moved to Nashville and I ran into one of my friends from college. I didn't know that he lived in Nashville either and he showed up at my house one night and said, 'Man, you wouldn't believe this! I just ran into Garth Brooks and he's agreed to listen to some of our songs.'"

Niemann wrote several singles for Brooks including "Good Ride Cowboy," "That Girl Is a Cowboy" and "Midnight Sun" and recalled when he got his first phone call from the singer.

"My mom was in Nashville for Mother's Day and I was taking her to the airport and I got a phone call and it said 'Caller ID blocked,'" he said. "To be honest I thought it was either a collection agency or probably an angry ex-girlfriend. When it was Garth Brooks I was very surprised and about crashed my truck. At that moment I got to know him and we began writing." more on this story

Brett Eldredge Explains Perfect Country Song
(Radio.com) While Brett Eldredge is putting the finishing touches on his debut album due out later this year, we had to ask him what he thinks the perfect country song is.

"The perfect country song is 'You Never Even Called Me By My Name' is what David Allen Coe said in that one song," Brett told Radio.com. "In that song he says that's 'the perfect country and western song.' He has that line in the third verse."

Brett admits he's not sure what the perfect country song is, but if he had to make a decision it would involve one of Brooks & Dunn's songs.

"But what is the perfect country song? I don't know. I love Brooks & Dunn. I love 'Neon Moon.' Brooks & Dunn was one of the main reasons I got into country music," he admitted. "'Neon Moon' and 'Brand New Man.' When I heard that for the first time, we wore that CD out in my little town. The greatest hits CD, I can still see it." more on this story

Brantley Gilbert Explains What Motivates His Song Writing
(Radio.com) Songwriters like Brantley Gilbert write about what they know and feel. "It's definitely an honor to have somebody come up and tell you that your song helped 'em through something," Gilbert said.

In fact, he admits this is the main reason he's in the music business. Gilbert has written some pretty personal songs including "You Don't Know Her Like I Do" and his current single, "More Than Miles," and for him it's worth sharing those songs when he hears how they've touched his fans.

Every bad boy has a soft side, and for most of them revealing their softer side is not so easy to do. But when you are a songwriter like Gilbert you can share feelings and emotions that you might not be able to otherwise convey.

Gilbert showed his romantic side last month when popped the question to fiancι, actress and fellow country artist Jana Kramer. Kramer told the story of how he rented out the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville for a proposal we're sure she'll be telling her grandkids one day. Read their reaction
