Jordan Sweeney, who suffers from ulcerative colitis (UC) since early 2007, has dedicated his music career to helping those who suffer with UC and Crohn's Disease. To raise awareness and inspire patients, families, friends and communities dealing with these diseases, Jordan has committed to giving a voice to the millions living with these conditions and taking his music on the road in a series of concerts. Starting in Nashville, Tennessee, Sweeney will be performing live as part of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America Take Steps program, the nation's largest fundraiser walk committed to raising money for research of digestive diseases.
