Willie Basse Raise Over $50,000 For Child Haven

(PR) Metal pioneer, Willie Basse has helped raised $50,000 for Child Haven International, an organization that provides assistance to children who are in need of food, clothing, shelter and emotional support. The funds were raised at Basse's live debut in Farmington, NM and Hollywood, CA last weekend alongside former members of Black Sabbath."The shows last weekend were mind-blowing. Thank you for everyone that came out and showed their support at these shows," commented Basse."Everyone at 92.9 KRWN In Farmington was awesome and they were playing Willie Basse every hour! We did an in-store and it was amazing to see all the people that came out and prove that classic metal will never die. We auctioned off signed Fender guitars for Child Haven and the money we helped raise was instrumental to them achieving their fund raising goals. We also got tons of live footage that we are compiling now and should have it ready and online in the next few weeks."
