That just may be the new line in Nickelback's breakthrough hit after frontman Chad Kroeger was convicted of drunk driving by a Canadian court.According to the Canadian press, "Kroeger, whose real name is Chad Turton, had almost twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system when he was stopped for speeding in Surrey, B.C., in June of 2006." Kroeger's attorney tried in vain to have the court toss out the charge on technicalities. One claim was the cops took too long to conduct the test and the other argument was the cops conducted an illegal search by asking Kroeger to blow in his face to confirm that he smelled alcohol. The judge reportedly didn't buy either claim. - more on this story
