(antiMusic) While Rocklahoma suffered collapsed stages at the hands of mother nature (see separate report in today's Day in Rock), across the pond several music festivals were hit by violence and even some deaths. Here are some reports from the UK press.

BBC Reports: Police say two people have been found dead at a music festival in southern Norway headlined by Alice Cooper. The victims were found in or near a bus at the Norway Rock Festival in Kvinesdal, 270 miles southwest of Oslo. "We do not know exactly how they died, but we assume they suffocated on fumes while they were on the bus," said police spokesperson Asbjorn Enoksen. more

NME Reports: The Irish Gardaν are investigating an alleged sexual assault at the Oxegen Festival. It's claimed the incident took place on the opening night (July 11) and follows the arrest of a juvenile in connection with a different alleged sexual assault on Thursday night (10) in the build-up to the festival, reports RTE. more

A festival-goer was stabbed at T In The Park in the early hours of this morning (July 13). An unnamed man suffered multiple stab wounds after being attacked in the 'yellow zone' of the Scottish festival's campsite at around 12.45am (BST). - more
