Batman Arrested For Assaulting Mother and Sister?

(TMZ) The Dark Knight just got a whole lot darker. British police sources [tell] TMZ that Christian Bale has been arrested and is still being grilled on allegations of assaulting his mom and sister Sunday, the night before the London premiere of "The Dark Knight." The official word from Scotland Yard is that "a 34-year-old male" was taken into custody "in the late morning today" in a police precinct in Central London. (Bale is 34.) [in a follow up report from TMZ] Sources directly connected to the Christian Bale case tell TMZ there was physical contact between Christian and his mom, but it amounted to next to nothing. We're told Bale pushed his mom out of the way during the altercation. She was not hurt and did not fall down. - more on this story
