The retooled and repackaged version of the original represents the DC-area band's streamlined lineup for 2009, as well as the resulting move to a more 'electronic' sound.23RAINYDAYS will be touring extensively in support of the new record, as well as Radioactive Music's re-release of their first album, "From Today Until Forever."
