Deadwalk Tease New Album

10/30/2009
.
(Year of the Sun) Montreal based Hardcore/Metal outfit Deadwalk, which now features ex-Too Pure To Die frontman Greg Kepka, have released a video teaser for their new album "Scandalous", online.

"With this record we wanted to find a solid mix of modern hardcore and brutal breakdowns. We basically wrote an album that we as a band would want to listen to," commented Deadwalk's Greg Kepka. "By keeping it short and sweet we also don't let the album wind down so the intensity keeps going up and up over the course of the disc's 10 tracks. We hope to basically thrust ourselves into the limelight with this record and prove to people that Deadwalk is still something to be reckoned with!"

Deadwalk's debut album, "Scandalous", was recorded at Red Dusk Studio with producer Mat Laperle (Blind Witness) and features a guest appearance by Stick To Your Guns frontman Jesse Barnett on the track "Frailty". The album is scheduled for a November 24th, 2009, release through Year of the Sun Records. - Watch the video
