Josh Farrar Rules to Rock By Soundtrack Featuring Deerhoof Offer

Josh Farrar has an interesting offer for those who pick up his first book, Rules to Rock By (an indie rock coming-of-age novel). If you purchase a copy of Rules to Rock By at your local bookstore- anywhere from Barnes & Noble to your corner bookstore, and email Josh the receipt, he will personally send you a download link for the book's soundtrack (josh@rulestorockby.com)!
On top of an original track from indie-rock legends Deerhoof, the soundtrack also features covers of Santigold, The Dandy Warhols, and Miike Snow, on top of several original tracks written by Josh Farrar and the Rules to Rock By crew!
The good news doesn't stop there either- the original track "Hey Satomi" from the soundtrack is now available for purchase on Rock Band! To celebrate, there will be a live demo of the game at the next Rules to Rock By event, which also features a reading from Josh, and performances by Sofie Kapur and Hunter Lombard. The event is taking place at Brooklyn's Greenlight Bookstore in Fort Greene on September 2nd at 7:30pm.
