The Day in Rock Digest for 7/30: Joost De Graaf, frontman for Dutch hardcore/punk band Discipline was arrested this past weekend in Veldhoven, Netherlands for the murder of a thirty year-old woman, reportedly his wife. Lambgoat reports, the thirty-four year-old was accused of murder and arson following an explosion at his home in Veldhoven, where the body of his wife was found. more

The Superficial has posted "never-before-seen" shots of Jon Bon Jovi from the new book Sex, Drugs and Bon Jovi. Yes, they involve naked women and the 80s hair rock star. Photos of an 80s pop rock singer with naked women is about as shocking as the sun coming up in the morning but what is strange is the inclusion of photos with Michael Jackson. Check it out here

Y&T manager Jill Meniketti has announced that bassist Phil Kennemore will be replaced on the band's current tour. Jill states, "The doctor has ordered Phil home to get rest and treatment.... Phil wants the tour to continue, so to honor his wish, Y&T will have a substitute bass player until he's able to return. Brad Lang will be substituting for this US tour." more

David Draiman says that fans can expect a Disturbed show bigger than anything the band has done before on the Uproar tour.
