As if his silly menopausal woman's haircut wasn't bad enough, the tween star is said to have 'narrowly escaped' being arrested last weekend after throwing a water-balloon at a US State Trooper. more

Kenny Chesney easily beat Lil Wayne to No 1 on the album charts. Chesney's new album, Hemingway's Whiskey, moved 181,595 copies its first week in stores according to Hits Double Daily. Lil Wayne's I Am Not A Human Being coming in a distant second with sales of 108,791 and last week's No 1 from the Zac Brown Band dropped to No 3. Check out the full chart here

N-Dubz drummer Aaron Fagan has been fired from the band after he was found guilty of sexually assaulting two female fans after a gig in Scotland last year. The 25 year old was convicted last month of groping the two women at a students' union in Glasgow, Scotland during an aftershow party following the British rap group's performance in the city. more
