(Gibson) Next week's Q Awards will see Suede (a.k.a. The London Suede) receive the Inspiration award. The influential band, fronted by the enigmatic Brett Anderson, split up in 2003 but reformed earlier this year and will release a greatest hits album in November.The Q Awards will see Kasabian, Muse, Arcade Fire, Green Day and Kings of Leon battle it out for the Best Act in the World award. Tim Finn of Crowded House will be honored with the Classic Songwriter award. The 21st Anniversary Q Awards with Russian Standard Vodka take place on Monday, October 25 at the Grosvenor House hotel in London. - more on this story
