We told you about this last week but Gibson has a few more details for you: (Gibson) Members of Pearl Jam, Queens of the Stone Age, The Strokes, Wilco, Modest Mouse, The Shins and other top bands will appear on a three-CD compilation, titled Live from Nowhere Near You, Volume II. The album, featuring new, rare and unreleased tracks by dozens of artists, will benefit Outside In, a non-profit organization in Portland, Oregon that provides aid and counseling to homeless youth. Among the tracks on the album is a rare Strokes B-side, featuring Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder and Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme. The track is a cover of Marvin Gaye's 1971 hit, "Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology)." Wanna taste?
