The Darkness Kick Off Tour and Give Away New Song

02/01/2012
.
The Darkness kick off their North American tour today (February 1st) and will debut their first new song in six years.

The song and video for "Nothin's Gonna Stop Us," will be available on the band's official site www.theactualdarkness.com.

Fans have waited patiently since The Darkness last released material in 2006, and "Nothin's Gonna Stop Us" will be available for free as a "Thank you" for all who've supported the band with sold-out tours on both sides of the Atlantic.

The video for the song was created by artist Thom Lessner and director Ted Passon--and it was worth the wait.

The Darkness kick-off their first North American tour since 2004 to a sold-out crowd in Toronto tonight and wrapping February 25 in Seattle.
